About Interlibrary Loans
Need a book that you can’t get at the Le Mars Public Library? Try an interlibrary loan!
If you are a Le Mars or rural Plymouth county resident you are able to receive interlibrary loans for free. Residents not living in the city of Le Mars or rural Plymouth County will be referred to their respective home library for interlibrary loan requests.
If a patron abuses the ILL system (i.e. do not bring the book(s) back in a timely manner, repeatedly damaged items, fails to pick up items), the ILL Librarian can choose to discontinue offering this service to him/her.
